		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more!  Of course I still plan to blog about yoga, but lots of other stuff now too.  I&#039;ve enjoyed keeping up on your blog and must say that I loved reading &lt;em&gt;Born to Run&lt;/em&gt;.  Very inspiring!</description>
